Conni embarks on her first big trip without family, accompanied by friends Anna and Simon, but her mischievous cat Mau sneaks along. As they settle into an old mill hostel near a castle, Mau's antics cause trouble, and the hostess, Ms. Weingartner, mistakenly identifies a visiting raccoon, Oskar, as the culprit. As strange things begin to disappear, Conni and her friends must work together to clear Oskar's name, tame Mau, and uncover the true thief.
