A relentless investigator immerses himself in the gritty underbelly of trucking to uncover the rampant abuse of prescription stimulants among truckers.

The movie follows an undercover investigator, Tom Kayler, who is sent by the FDA to investigate the source of illegal amphetamines in the L.A. area. Kayler poses as a long-haul truck driver and gets a job at a local freight company, where he befriends other drivers who are also taking the drug. As he gets closer to the truth, he attracts the attention of the people involved and must use his skills to stay alive and complete his mission.
