Baron Victor von Frankenstein, a war-tortured and disfigured man, struggles to maintain his family's wealth. To make ends meet, he allows an American film crew to document his ancestors' monster-making story at his German castle. However, the Baron has his own sinister intentions, using the film crew's rent to fund the creation of a massive monster and transplanting his servant's brain into its head to harvest body parts.
