Jackie and Lucy, nicknamed "Jucy", are 20-something best friends who share everything. They work at a local video store, surrounded by quirky customers. To combat boredom, they create their own brand of joy. When pressured by friends and family to move on from their "womance", they decide to grow up. Jackie will get the dream boyfriend, and Lucy will land her dream job. But will growing up mean growing apart?
