On a quest to complete his film, Carl Denham seeks the perfect location: Skull Island. To make his cinematic vision a reality, he must find a leading lady. Ann Darrow, a soon-to-be-unfortunate soul, is recruited for the role. As they venture onto the mysterious island, they're unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. A giant gorilla, Kong, has taken Ann captive, and Carl and Ann's new love, Jack Driscoll, must navigate the treacherous jungle to rescue her, while confronting a plethora of deadly creatures.
