Roy is sent by the Governor to infiltrate a group of saboteurs, and joins a traveling show to get close to them. He discovers that the saboteurs use a hidden receiver to communicate during the mind reading act of Maurice, a performer. However, Maurice becomes suspicious of Roy and leaves him tied up in a warehouse that is about to be blown up.
