Action Kamen, a popular television hero, is injured by a villain on set and replaced by his stunt double. Meanwhile, Shinchan and his friends reminisce about their Action Kamen trading cards, and Shinchan becomes suspicious when he notices the new actor on the show. He discovers that the villain is distorting the TV signal and later finds a new candy store run by Action Kamen and his sidekick Mimiko.
