A group of telekinetics, code-named PROJECT MIND BLOWN, are recruited by the US military to use their powers for good, but they soon discover they've been tricked into destroying American cities and killing civilians. One member, Jennifer Gaines, goes rogue and teams up with a survivor, Adam, who may be connected to the project. As they uncover the truth, they're hunted by their own government and five other telekinetics.
