In this action-packed film, a group of smugglers, led by Morgan, are transporting furs across the border, evading both Canadian Mounties and American lawman Tex Martin. As the two sides engage in a cat-and-mouse game, Morgan cleverly sets up Tex to be caught with the contraband, only to have him arrested by Mountie Bill. However, Bill releases Tex, hoping he will lead him to the gang, and eventually, the two form an unlikely alliance to take down Morgan and his cohorts.
