A rich and despicable practical joker is involved in a deadly accident and is sent back to Earth to clean up the mess he created. He's reincarnated as a fluffy white Pomeranian named Quigley, accompanied by a guardian angel, Sweeney. Quigley, who is actually the joker's soul, has two assignments: to retrieve a CD-ROM and to help his estranged brother and his family.
