Dorothy Gale, still recovering from her tornado ordeal, is haunted by memories of the Land of Oz. She becomes sleepless and withdrawn, worrying her aunt. Desperate for a solution, Aunt Em takes Dorothy to a specialist, who attempts to treat her with electroshock therapy. However, a mysterious girl intervenes, leading Dorothy back to Oz for a thrilling new adventure.
