Dorothy is transported back to the Land of Oz, where she discovers a plot by witch Mombi to conquer the land with an army of green elephants. She escapes with Pumpkinhead's help and tries to warn her friends, but finds they haven't changed as much as she thought. Dorothy, Pumpkinhead, and Woodenhead must work together to stop Mombi's invasion.
