Madame Vadiane kidnaps Chibi-Usa, prompting the senshi to rush to her rescue with the aid of her new friend Peruru. The outer senshi, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto, soon join the battle against Vadiane's henchmen. To save Chibi-Usa from falling into a permanent dream-filled sleep, Usagi must enter the Black Dream hole and rescue her. With determination and good fortune, Sailor Moon successfully saves Chibi-Usa, who then transforms to aid Usagi in their mission.
