Siva, a student, moves to Vijayawada to pursue his education and enrolls in VAS College of Arts and Sciences. He falls in love with Asha, sister of honest police inspector Venkat, and becomes embroiled in a rivalry with J. D., the student-union president, after defending Asha from his teasing.
