Sam's friends are envious of her wealthy upbringing and sheltered life. However, her parents are always busy and she's left alone for the weekend. Sam invites her friends over for a sleepover, but it turns into a wild party when Heidi's boyfriend and his friends join in. As the night goes on, it becomes clear that the strangers are after something inside Sam's house and will stop at nothing to get it. A psychotic sadist emerges and a bloody cat-and-mouse chase ensues.
