In a quiet suburban neighborhood, two sisters, Candy and Cindy, are left home alone when their parents travel out of town. Cindy receives a mysterious package with a free DVD cartoon, which unleashes two homicidal cartoon characters into the real world. The characters, Dr. Carnage and Max Assassin, wreak havoc on the neighborhood, killing partygoers in a wild and kooky cartoon tradition. Cindy must stop the demented animations before it's too late.
