In the 1980s, a teenager named Dom is swept up in the world of football casuals, led by the charismatic top boy Bex. As Dom becomes part of the group, he's accepted for his quick wit and humor. However, when Bex's gang clashes with rival groups and violence escalates, Dom tries to leave, but finds it's not that simple.
