Matt, expelled from Harvard for possessing cocaine, moves to London to live with his sister and her husband Steve. He befriends Steve's brother Pete, a football hooligan, and is introduced to his group, the GSE (Green Street Elite) firm. After being attacked by rival thugs, Matt becomes desensitized to the violence and is drawn into the world of football hooliganism.
