In a rural museum, a mysterious vintage Jack-In-The-Box is discovered and donated, but its creepy clown doll inside seems to have a mind of its own. As staff member Casey Reynolds uncovers the doll's sinister influence, his colleagues start to die off, and he must find a way to break the curse before it claims him too.
