The Little Kidnappers background

The Little Kidnappers

Three orphaned siblings must adapt to a new life with their distant and emotionally unresponsive grandfather in a small coastal Nova Scotia town. The siblings' lives are forever altered when a mysterious baby washes up on shore, sparking a chain of events that transforms their lives.

Two orphan boys travel from Europe to Canada to join their father's family, only to find their stern grandfather who harbors deep-seated resentment towards his Dutch neighbors, blaming them for his son's death in World War I. The boys' arrival inadvertently reunites their aunt with her Dutch suitor, a doctor, and sparks a chain of events that changes everything, including the discovery of a baby on the beach.
