A group of artists-turned-drug addicts living in a Montreal commune are threatened from within and without. Their leader, Steve, is struggling with doubts about his position, while some members turn to heroin and others are tempted by a large drug cache at the Windsor Station. Under police surveillance, the group's dynamics become increasingly tense, leading to a desperate and reckless decision.
