After years of retirement, West is pulled back in to track down Dr. Michelito Loveless, Jr., the son of their arch-nemesis, who has kidnapped world leaders and replaced them with duplicates. West and Gordon must stop him before President Cleveland is replaced, but they'll face a daunting task as the mad scientist has access to advanced weapons like robots and atomic bombs.
