Two con artists, Matt and Wilbur, stumble into an unlikely partnership with the Miami police force after a botched supermarket heist. As they work together, they focus on taking down the city's street gangs, including a group of teens dressed in old-school gangster attire led by the flamboyant Geronimo, who sports full Indian warrior regalia.
