A documentary film crew, led by ambitious and determined Laine Wells, crash-lands on a remote island while searching for a rare jaguar. As they try to find shelter and food, Laine's blind ambition takes over, and she forces her camera operator, Greg, to join her in the jungle to film the jaguar.
