Reb, an outlaw and master of tall tales, flees the Army and heads to Wyoming with his partner Dave, but his actions ultimately lead to Dave's death. Despite his questionable morals, Reb feels a sense of responsibility to the Kincaid Ranch and its owners, and he joins forces with them to take down Buckley, a ruthless land grabber. Meanwhile, General Custer and his small cavalry unit are hot on Reb's heels, leading to a series of action-packed showdowns.
