A novice nurse stumbles upon a tangled web of deceit while investigating a string of mysterious patient fatalities at the hospital, leading them to suspect a fellow nurse of being involved.

In March 2015, a nurse at Nykøbing Falster Hospital reported a colleague to the police, alleging they were intentionally killing patients. The nurse's suspicions were fueled by a repeated pattern of events, with multiple coworkers also accusing the nurse of poisoning patients, but crucial evidence remained missing and no one was held accountable.
