In the heart of Papua New Guinea, a half-caste coffee plantation owner, Joe Leahy, navigates complex relationships with the local Ganiga tribe who work on his land. Despite initial challenges, he forges a partnership to open a second plantation. But when the global coffee market takes a downturn, tensions rise between the Ganiga and their ancient enemies, threatening to disrupt the fragile harmony.
