Three Foreign Legionnaires, self-proclaimed as the Three Musketeers, battle renegade Arab forces led by the enigmatic El Shaitan, who smuggles guns into Algeria to spark a revolution. After being rescued by pilot Tom Wayne, they aid him in uncovering El Shaitan's identity, which can only be discovered by infiltrating the Devil's Circle as one of its members.
