In a small American town, life comes to a standstill when a group of scientists inadvertently unleash a terrifying force. Mary Jane, a quintessential all-American girl, is parked on Make Out Hill with her boyfriend Billy when he becomes a sex-obsessed reefer zombie after smoking marijuana. Just as Billy attacks, he is saved by Dr. S, who battles his way back to the city with Mary Jane in tow. As Mary Jane struggles to comprehend the reality of her family's demise, she begs Dr. S to explain the chaos. Dr. S reveals that he and his team created the reefer as a military weapon, but it was too unstable. In a desperate attempt to create a more stable strain, Dr. S tested it on himself, becoming strong but consumed by uncontrollable rage. Unable to contain himself, Dr. S slaughtered his entire team. Convinced there is a cure, Dr. S vows to restore order.
