At the D.D.C., sisters Michelle and Amelia care for a variety of pets, but Mutt, a street dog, remains unadopted. When the dog sanctuary faces financial struggles, the sisters concoct risky plans to save it. After failing to recruit a famous former owner, they must think outside the box. Mutt leads the pack of unique dogs against obstacles, including a ruthless dog catcher obsessed with Mutt. Despite facing bullies and adversity, the dogs' love for Michelle keeps them strong. However, their challenges escalate when an evil cat named Baron uses hypnotism and helps the dog catcher, putting Michelle's life in danger.
