A former medical school acquaintance, now rendered invisible, takes up residence with a British widow, but his newfound solitude slowly consumes him, leading him down a path of chaos and mayhem.
A widow takes in an old colleague who has become invisible, and as his isolation worsens, he plots a campaign of terror and murder, with only she aware of his presence.
