Agent Buck Fiesta, a B-list agent with a trigger-happy finger and sarcastic attitude, is sent to investigate the disappearance of top agent Bronco Cedar on Outpost 11. Along the way, he enlists the help of The Red Arrow, a teleporting Zen master, and Agent Unknown, and faces off against an army of Temporal Ninjas led by the cunning Dr. Spider Jones.
