On the east coast of the US, a series of apocalyptic terrorist attacks has ravaged the land. Two friends, Carl and George, flee to Canada, but their journey takes a dark turn when they stop at a deserted farmhouse to refuel. They soon discover that the farmhouse is home to a sinister farmer, Marbas Hiram, who is holding a group of women captive in his basement. As Carl and George try to escape and free the women, they realize that the farmhouse is a gateway to Hell, and even if they manage to escape, they may still lose their minds.
