The story follows a former Lucha Libre star, known as The Champ, who has spent the last 20 years paying for a past mistake that led to the death of a mob boss's nephew. He's now a hitman for the mob, but his latest assignment takes him on a journey to escort a group of migrants across the border, only to witness their massacre by a splinter group of the Minutemen. Seeking justice and redemption, The Champ sets out to confront the powerful forces on both sides of the border, putting himself in harm's way in the process.
