The story of the film studio, the only enterprise producing commercials in the Soviet Union, follows its birth, glory, and downfall. Born from a single idea, the studio employed hundreds and its clips won over millions, despite the socialist empire's planned economy and scarcity. Without actual goods to advertise, marketing rules didn't apply, and even the concept of advertising was viewed with suspicion by concerned officials.
