In the year 1991, a mysterious young girl named Miyuu awakens in Tokyo with no memory of her past or her mother's whereabouts. As she tries to make sense of her new reality, she is visited by a vision of President Zovrinka, who reveals that she is not from this world, but rather from a distant future where she was born in 2500 during a catastrophic Great War.
