In a squalid and overcrowded prison, inmates are subjected to cruel treatment by the head guard and his cohorts. Above the chaos is the enigmatic Judge, a mysterious figure feared by both prisoners and guards alike, who enforces the harsh rules. The prisoners are aware of the codes to follow, but have no recollection of their past lives, only the evil deeds that led them to their current fate. A new prisoner, Princess, arrives, a stunning woman clad only in a coat of raven feathers.
