Blott on the Landscape background

Blott on the Landscape

Tom Sharpe's classic tale is reimagined in a comedic way, following a Member of Parliament's efforts to build a motorway on his wife's ancestral land.

A wealthy and powerful MP, Sir Giles Lynchwood, faces two major challenges: restoring his decaying mansion and Lady Maud's desire for a child, which he reluctantly resists. To address these issues, Sir Giles devises a plan to build a motorway through his estate, but Lady Maud and a foreign handyman named Blott team up to thwart the scheme and turn the mansion into a safari zoo.
