Teenage cadets from the UN base on Mars, known as the Cosmic Culture Club, embark on a mission to deliver goodwill messages between the US and Soviet Union in an alternate 1996 scenario. However, their peaceful mission is soon disrupted when an alien race launches massive mecha, attacking the base and causing devastating losses.
