In the old school building's third floor girls' restroom, seven mysteries surround Kamome Academy, including the legend of Hanako-san in the third stall. Rumors claim that she can grant wishes if summoned, drawing in Nene Yashiro, a high school girl fascinated by the occult and romance. Her encounter with Hanako-san, however, takes an unexpected turn.
