Frank James, a former outlaw turned Christian, thought he had escaped his troubled past, living a peaceful life with his family. But when a doppelganger's misdeeds raise suspicions, Frank's newfound serenity is threatened.

Frank James, a former outlaw, has turned over a new leaf in Greede, Colorado, earning the respect of the community. However, a former gang member, Charlie Ford, tries to lure Frank back into his old ways, but Frank refuses. When Charlie's brother Bob is killed by Sheriff John Kelly, Charlie joins a new gang led by Bat Fenton, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Frank, and they wreak havoc, leading to Frank being unfairly accused of the chaos.
