The rugged town of Heldorado is plagued by the Tulliver brothers, and Sheriff Shamrock is dispatched to put an end to their lawlessness. Disguising himself as a cowboy, he quickly takes down two of the brothers in a chaotic shootout. With the third brother eliminated, the Tullivers regroup and orchestrate a daring bank heist. As Shamrock's true identity is exposed, he rallies a posse to track down the outlaws and restore order to the town.
