Hell Fest is a traveling horror theme park that visits different locations during the Halloween season. The story follows a young girl who gets separated from her group and is stalked by a masked figure known as "The Other". Meanwhile, Natalie returns to her hometown and reconnects with her best friend Brooke, who is now living with a former classmate, Taylor. The group decides to visit Hell Fest, but things take a dark turn as Natalie's past and present collide.
