Pinhead, the Black Pope of Hell, is trapped in a block of black marble containing the LeMarchand puzzle cube. He's purchased by a young playboy and placed in his nightclub, but soon tries to escape by manipulating the playboy to lure victims. Once free, Pinhead seeks to destroy the cube to avoid returning to Hell. A determined female journalist investigates the murders and stands in his way.
