The movie follows two brothers, Jonathan and John, who inhabit the same body, with Jonathan controlling from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and John taking over from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Their life is predictable until Jonathan discovers John has a girlfriend, sparking a desire for more from Jonathan.
