Two Vietnam veterans, haunted by vivid nightmares of their war experiences, begin to blur the lines between reality and fantasy. As their dreams become increasingly realistic, they start to suffer physical injuries and bring back mementos from their subconscious. Seeking closure, they embark on a perilous mission to rescue a fallen comrade from a notorious POW camp, but their quest is threatened by a traitor from within the US Military Corps.
