A boxer is sent to a Civilian Conservation Corps camp for training, but his arrogant behavior quickly isolates him from the other boys. One of the few who still talks to him is a cowardly and manipulative boy who asks for his help after stealing from the camp captain. The boxer agrees to help, but things don't go as planned and he gets caught. His friend, Danny, figures out what's going on and clears the boxer's name by beating a confession out of the thief.
