The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, a police sergeant named Terence McDonagh is promoted to lieutenant after saving a prisoner, but his heroics come at a cost: he develops a dependence on cocaine and painkillers to cope with his back injury.
