Armando Leduc, a talented individual, made his film debut in the 2000 film "Lords of the Street", where he played a Mexican drug lord. Since then, he has become a regular face in the film and television industry, showcasing his remarkable acting skills in various projects. His notable roles include "Prison Break" and "Valor", solidifying his position as a talented performer.
Born on January 15, 1980, at a military base in Nuremberg, Germany, Armando's parents were reassigned to Fort Gordon, Georgia, where he grew up. His father is Puerto Rican, and his mother is Portuguese.
Armando's passion for the performing arts began at a young age, and he discovered his love for entertaining after auditioning for his first musical and winning the part of Danny Zuko in "Grease" at Harlem High School. He continued to hone his skills through community theatre and eventually caught the attention of Augusta Model & Talent. His dedication and hard work earned him a top ten finalist spot at the American Model and Talent Convention, competing against 200 other aspiring actors.
As a result, he signed with People Store, an Atlanta-based talent agency, and continued to expand his theatrical experience, performing with the Augusta Players in Augusta, Georgia, earning him an award for Best Supporting Actor in the musical "Annie".
Armando is not only an accomplished actor but also an award-winning singer and skilled dancer. He began studying ballroom and Latin dancing in 1999 at a local studio in Augusta and went on to open A&E Dance Studio in 2003. He has competed in ballroom competitions in various cities, including Las Vegas, New Orleans, Puerto Rico, Gulfport, and Orlando. He currently sings in Datband in New Orleans, where he moved in 2005.
In addition to his acting and dancing pursuits, Armando was also a member of the acapella quartet, The Harmonics, which participated in national competitions and won the award for "Best New Quartet" in Knoxville, TN in 2002.
Armando's natural flair for performance has only been enhanced by his singing and dancing abilities, making him a standout on both the stage and screen.
