Toxie, the Toxic Avenger, is without a purpose after defeating Apocalypse Inc. He struggles to find a normal job due to his extraordinary size and strength. When he learns that his blind girlfriend Claire may regain her sight with expensive surgery, Toxie agrees to work as a spokesperson for Apocalypse Inc. to raise the funds. Unbeknownst to him, Apocalypse Inc. takes over Tromaville, enslaving its citizens. After Claire's surgery, she opens Toxie's eyes, and he must face off against the Devil to ensure a better future and pave the way for Toxic Avenger Part 4.
